Fred and the team were extremely helpful and thorough. Fred and Martinez together have over 60 combined years of experience. Richard & Landon were also there to help speed up the process of the initial mitigation to make sure it was done in time for me to pickup my kids from school. Johnny was also very helpful in setting everything up for the visit when I spoke to him over the phone and made sure his team was well prepared and professional. I will try to update this once everything is complete with pictures and how things went with insurance between to the two companies.

Jessica and Summer did an outstanding job with our pack- in. They were helpful with helping me remember where things were by showing me pictures of how things were arranged before the pack-out. They both have a great personality. I would definitely recommend them for your pack-in needs.

I used Stanley after I had a fire in my house. After Stanley returned my items that their contents team packed, all of my jewelry was missing along with several other household items. I contacted Stanley four days after I moved in to let them know about the missing items. The contact said he was out of the office and would return my call the next day, no response. I tried again 15 times over nine months. I finally received a response after ten months of reaching out. They said I signed their contract and that they are not responsible even though their policy states "Should we encounter an item accidentally left behind; it will be documented, photographed, then returned to the homeowner/insured with a receipt". That did not happen. They did respond "we are going to provide a $250.00 check in good faith towards these items". That amount would cover two of the bracelets lost, not the remaining 25 years of missing jewelry. The emails that I received were from the contents manager with the two owners copied on each email. The owners know what occurred and apparently condone this kind of work. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone if you expect any kind of customer service or response.

I am thoroughly impressed with Jessica, Paola, and Kenzie. They let me know when they were going to arrive and were on time. They took great care of my possessions. They worked well as a team and efficiently packed my house. They were very detailed in how they packed my property. They left my house clean. I highly recommend Stanley Restoration.

I was surprised that this company has high reviews. My experience was quite different. I think this company over charges for their services. You will want to understand all charges before using them. Our mistake. We were charged 2 hours of service each time they came out to check equipment which took 5-15 minutes each. We were also initially charged for rental of three fans when we used only two. Didn’t appear they wanted to make this right and removed grudgingly. $1500 for 2 guys for 1 hour of initial mitigation work, one visit for equipment check (5 minutes), one visit to remove equipment (10 minutes), and equipment rental (2 1/2 days, 1 dehumidifier and two fans). You tell me?
