I’ve worked with most of the Dallas SERVPROs, this SERVPRO has been the best to work with. They already had a connection with my insurance agent, this allowed a quick claims process. I cannot NOT recommend this company highly enough. I hired Servpro of East Dallas to clean my home for the sale of it, a requirement of the buyer in the contract. They came to do the cleaning, but did such a poor job the first time that we had to call them out again. They came back quickly to repeat the cleaning, but even after that, my realtor said we had to hire a different company to come clean because even after 2 cleanings, it was not acceptably clean. I had to hire a 2nd company to come clean up after Servpro of East Dallas. Brian promised I would be refunded, and asked for photos which I sent immediately, but it has been over 3 weeks and I have not seen a refund of any amount. I have called the office 12 times to pursue the refund that was promised to me, and keep being told that Brian has to be the one to approve or process the refund, and that Brian will call me back, but Brian has never called me back. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this company. Photos attached are from after the SECOND cleaning.
