James Dodson1 StarNever use this company for anything involving actual construction. Hired them to repair my house after a car ran through the front of my house, they literally screwed up everything they touched, the brick on the front of my house is over a half inch off the foundation because they did not get the wall plumb. Couldn't even put downspouts for my gutters back properly, basic construction that even my state farm agent said was ridiculous. The drywall was torn everywhere and they just covered it with mud and called it good. They had 3 attempts to get things right and screwed up every time.Wednesday 27th December 2023
Chris Milani5 StarMatt Fabish arrived at our house to review damage due to a water leak. He was on time and professional. His calm demeanor was helpful in a time of stress.
The whole downstairs of a large house with antiques and artwork needed to be packed and removed from the premises so construction can commence. Maria Sanchez was in charge of the packing team and spent 4 days with us. She always had a smile and a joke while working. The lovely ladies who worked with her packed SO much stuff, all with care and attention. Other than a lunch break, they worked tirelessly for 4 days.
The crew that moved our 900+ boxes and all of the furniture arrived on time, introduced themselves and got to work. Boxes were packed into the truck with care. Again, all done with energetic efficiency and pleasant and respectful demeanor. I am hopeful we get the same teams upon return of our household items.Thursday 22nd February 2024

Des B5 StarAjay and his team were great throughout the entire process. We originally had them come out to give us a quote on remaining work at our house after our previous contractor abandoned the job. They gave us an detailed invoice of the remaining work and it was a fair price. We agreed for them to install our kitchen and closet floor which looks immaculate. Ajay communicated with us throughout the entire process and made this a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend their services!

Juan Meza1 StarWe are having such a nightmare experience with Servpro. Our ordeal started on May 2022 when we found out a normally locked big closet underneath the stairs what’s totally flooded and moldy. We contacted our insurance, State Farm, and it suggested us to reach to the services of Servpro. We contacted Servpro and Mr.Fabisch and his team were assigned to begging with the mold cleaning. He did a good job at some point. After the mold protocol was completed the air test resulted negative for mold spores. The downside was that the placed staples, strong tape and plastics to isolate the area and contain the mold.After removing those tapes and staples ceiling, doors, walls and wood stairs were damaged. I was told to keep calm because they were going to fix it later.
We were supposed to get another Servpro company specialist in the restoration part. Insurance took its time to send the adjuster and to determine the magnitud of the job. Finally after a while State Farm told us to do the work with Mr.Fabish.
Walls were done first and to the eyesight looks ok except for the paint, stains and marks on walls and wood had marks with wall paint. The caulking of the windows were not done properly neither and the windows don’t even close now. Carpets were quoted with a huge high price.The worst, our wood floor was done for someone without experience in wood floor. Servpro hire a worker to do the floor with no experience at all. Wood floor was not sanded properly. Wood floor was not vacuumed and cleaned properly before staining it. Wood floor shows so many defects:
- Drum Streak Marks Throughout the Entire Wood floor.
-Was This Wood Floor Even Vacuumed, Prior to Applying the Finish? There were blisters all over the wood floor.
-Improper floor finish application.
Wood floor stains looks so terrible. Darker on one side, lighter on other sides. The lighter one looks like it has dust or dirt on it.
In order for a job to end this way, the floor guy that did the job, had to have at least one of the following characteristics or both:
He had no clue about anything flooring related.
He couldn't care less about this home.
- Human hair and debris was stained along with the wood floor.
I was trying to communicate my concern about the wood floor with Mr.John Bustamente but he got quite accept, used bad words inside my house and in front of my 8 year old daughter. He did not wanted to listen because according to him job was done and he just needed the check for the final payment.
He left the house very upset and in a rude way. I called right away Mr.Fabisch and he was already informed by Mr.Bustamante of the situation. Mr.Fabisch was also rude and did not want to have a talk with me about my concerns. Very unprofessional company! Servpro do not listen to its customers. Not LISTEN AT ALL!
We hired a certified wood floor inspector who gave a first report, and then a second one supporting our concerns. A certified wood floor inspector that we had to paid from our pockets because they Servpro thought we were just making the situation complicated.
The job wasn’t for free. We are paying for the services. Don’t we, as customers, have the right to complain about the bad finished of the wood floor?
My wife and children had to move back to the house, full of dust everywhere when job still hasn’t even been completed to our satisfaction. We are also driving ourselves crazy cleaning all the dust even in our second floor. Our stairs was left all messy and dusty and the house is a total cloud of dust. I had to invest in HEPA air filter to easy the cough and sneezing of all my seven children, because upon arrival the sneezing and coughing was so terrible.
Servpro’s motto said, “ Like it never happened”
Untrue… our house is a testimony that something really happened.
Please, if you are looking for a company to restore you wood floor, stay away from the Servpro company, unless they hire someone certified to install, restore, sand, stain and finished wood floor.
