We had a slow leak in one of our upstairs bathrooms that resulted in some significant damage to not only the bathroom subflooring but also the outside patio due to the location of the leak. This meant we needed to demo basically the entire bathroom (floor/wall tile, vanity, subfloor) and the process seemed a little overwhelming. I had never used homeowners insurance so I really needed someone to help guide me through the process. Miranda and the team at ServPro were fantastic. Miranda worked directly with my insurance company to ensure we received the dollars needed to get our bathroom back to normal and outside patio looking great again. She walked me through the process, timelines and answered all the questions my wife and I had. While we used our own tile subcontractors, ServPro had quality contractors available if we wanted to go that route. We did use their contractors for the exterior work. Very happy we went with ServPro for this problem. Thanks Miranda and team!
