Great amazing company! Definitely recommend. We had water damage in our master restroom. The damage touched areas that are adjacent to the entire house. I was freaking out because I’ve never really dealt with something like this before. I reached out to a few restoration companies. Pinnacle was my choice for a variety of reasons. They walked me through everything. and explained everything that will happen because of the extension of the damage. Mentioned they also had a construction company and in no way was I required to go with them if I used them for restoration. I asked for a couple of reference of jobs they had completed and I liked what I saw. But what shocked me was their professionalism in this entire process. Punctual, communicative, informative and extremely patient with us. I know how difficult I can be but they were just amazing throughout it all. They are still working on our home right now but their progress is just amazing! Would definitely recommend and use again if the need ever arises!!!

THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO USE THIS COMPANY! If you want the job done right, fast, and to feel completely at ease during the whole process call Mj! My hot water heater burst and leaked out leaving my home unlivable since it was damaged from so much water and mold. I was devastated by the damages. He put my family and I at ease with his professionalism and knowledge on something my husband and I knew very little about. I never felt like this company was trying to take advantage of our insurance money which was my biggest fear. His team made full repairs with a remodel leaving my home feeling upgraded and more beautiful than it was before. Seriously, I cried with how amazing his work turned out! I cant say enough great things about this company and my experience! 1000/10 service highly recommend!

I started a remodel with a different company in August until they found mold and said they couldn’t continue until it was remedied. I did a shot in the dark and reached out to Pinnacle and before I knew it they were there, fixing my problem, and I liked their workmanship so much I ended up asking them to do the majority of the work I had originally gotten the different company to do. If there was an issue, they were there to resolve quick. MJ in particular worked with me and my insurance and I was able to get a beautiful new kitchen in better prices and better quality. Thank you all for making the most stressful I’ve ever been into something I could mentally and physically manage. You guys are amazing!
