My co-worker called me at 6:45am and said water was pouring out of the ceiling at the office and filling up the spaces. I remembered seeing “First Onsite” vans driving around our office. I sent him the details and headed to work just imaging how bad it could be. Too my surprise First Onsite had already been there for some time. They started sucking up the water immediately while they gained access to the water shutoff to “stop the bleeding”. It turned out so much better than it could have with them involved. The entire time the crew was extremely polite and courteous. Communication was top notch. I’ll be saving their contact info in my phone for sure. Make First Onsite your first call!
