They bragged about it being a black owned business on the sales pitch , but I saw no black employees. They treated my house like it didn't matter, plaster and plastic all over my grass that I had to pick up, had to tell them to pick up trash left in street. Left one day with water hose on (thank God I was there) when addressing issues to owner he gave fluff answers which let me know he was not surprised. Gifted me with a toilet paper holder at end, and seemed excited about it! Tub was soft in center, felt like I had to demand it be corrected. Big regret for me! All pics, I asked for things to be corrected before final payment. The light was uneven, offered to replace hose from wall to toilet for $600, then said we'll throw that in for you when I said absolutely not! If you're expecting seamless work, it's a no!! Oh, I had to take employees to home depot for supplies myself twice. Only one employee spoke broken English.

We used CTD Restoration for our home remodeling and added an additional room. We are so glad we did. The job was flawless and the new room looks like it was always there. I cannot say enough about CTD’s service and professionalism. Carlos and Paula are polite, friendly, professional, flexible, prompt and easy to work with. You just will not find service and delivery of this quality these days. We will definitely use them for our next project. Thank you Carlos and Paula!

In early June 2021 we suffered a water line break in our second story bathroom. Water flooded several second and first floor rooms. Sections of sheetrock had to be cut out of several walls along with a portion of the popcorn textured ceiling in the living and dining room. After reading numerous 5 star recommendations and an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, we contracted with CTD Restoration for handling the repairs. CTD was excellent from the estimating of the project to the execution of the repairs which included replacing damaged insulation, piecing in sheetrock, tape and bedding, texturing, painting, installing baseboards and laying floor tile on the bathroom floor. The entire organization from management to the installation crew were very courteous and professional from start to finish. The completed work looks great and we are very very happy with the results. We would contract with CTD again for any interior restoration or renovation.
