Farah Vann5 StarCompleted a makeover of my family room. I wanted to do something different with fireplace because I did not like the white. I decided to make fireplace a focal point. Another Level Restoration provided paint samples for the fireplace and made great recommendations for the stone. They were very professional, keep me updated, and finished the project sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend this company for any remodeling or makeover projects. n s1 StarI would not recommend them nor use them ever again. They were late each day that they were supposed to come by, picked up equipment when our floors were still wet and made no attempt to make sure there was additional damage.. this caused them to not even dry all the floors that had water damage. We called several times to them and our adjuster also attempted with no luck, they called us 2 days later to come and finish drying the floors that they failed to do.. at this point we had already pulled out the floors because they were saturated in water. They were sent out by our insurance company, not a company we chose. In the future we will chose our own vendors, unfortunately we learned the hard way.Monday 5th March 2018

From the boss to the workers was very professional. Whenever I had a question, I was never treated as if I was a bother. I'm looking forward to working with this company on my next project.
