We booked 1-800-Packouts of North Dallas for a recent move. It was seamless. The team knew the task and got to work straightaway. They had all the gear necessary (cling film, padding, dollies, etc.) and parked conscientiously to not disturb our neighbors. There was no damages to our wall like the previous movers that we had and the only thing that broke was our skepticism on movers. We highly recommend this company for any type of moving needs. Total value for money!

I highly recommend Pack Out of North Dallas for the outstanding customer service and the pleasant experience I had with Chris and the entire team. I had a flooded floor that required a complete removal of all furniture and carpets. They met those expectations of being very careful with my items. Providing a complete list of items with photos! Very pleasant to work with, the entire team is professional with impeccable follow through and communications. If I could give 100 stars I would!

We had a great experience with 1-800-Packouts. Chris and his team were responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. We had to pack out and restore our belongings after a stressful home situation, and they made the entire process so much easier than I ever imagined. Their crew treated our belongings with care, and worked efficiently while still paying close attention to detail. Everything was labeled, inventoried, and stored securely. When it was time to bring things back, everything returned in good condition — organized, and intact. They even helped with pack out and putting everything in in their places. What really stood out was their customer service — every person we spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of.
